Role of Women

About half of the world population or a large part of the population is woman. No nation can achieve success without the participation of women in any society. They perform the duties of a mother, a wife, a home-maker etc. Their role is changing gradually. In the past women were thought to be the inferior and weaker section of the society. The majority of the houses were male dominated and women most often had nothing to say in decision making. But it is noticed with pleasure that the very old idea that women for birth and men for field is being changed. Women are getting educated. They are becoming conscious about their rights and privileges. So they are coming out of home and joining workforce which was unthinkable before. They are now proving their worth competing with men. They have started earning and contributing to the family income and at the same time ti exercising an influence on the family affairs. They are participating in arnmed forces and trying whole heartedly to serve the nation. Women are becoming pilots and they are also conducting business.

Role of Women Bangla Paragraph

বিশ্বের জনসংখ্যার প্রায় অর্ধেক বা জনসংখ্যার একটি বড় অংশ নারী। কোনো সমাজে নারীর অংশগ্রহণ ছাড়া কোনো জাতি সফলতা অর্জন করতে পারে না। তারা একজন মা, একজন স্ত্রী, একজন গৃহকর্তা ইত্যাদি দায়িত্ব পালন করে। তাদের ভূমিকা ধীরে ধীরে পরিবর্তিত হচ্ছে।

অতীতে নারীদেরকে সমাজের নিকৃষ্ট ও দুর্বল অংশ হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা হতো। বেশিরভাগ ঘরই ছিল পুরুষ শাসিত এবং নারীদের বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে কিছু বলার ছিল না। কিন্তু আনন্দের সঙ্গে লক্ষ্য করা যাচ্ছে যে, জন্মের জন্য নারী আর মাঠের জন্য পুরুষের সেই বহু পুরনো ধারণা পাল্টে যাচ্ছে। নারীরা শিক্ষিত হচ্ছে। তারা তাদের অধিকার ও সুযোগ-সুবিধা সম্পর্কে সচেতন হয়ে উঠছে।

তাই তারা বাড়ি থেকে বেরিয়ে কর্মীবাহিনীতে যোগ দিচ্ছেন যা আগে কল্পনাও করা যেত না। তারা এখন পুরুষদের সাথে প্রতিযোগিতা করে তাদের যোগ্যতা প্রমাণ করছে। তারা উপার্জন শুরু করেছে এবং পারিবারিক আয়ে অবদান রাখতে শুরু করেছে এবং একই সাথে তারা পারিবারিক বিষয়ে প্রভাব বিস্তার করছে। তারা সশস্ত্র বাহিনীতে অংশ নিচ্ছেন এবং জাতির সেবা করার জন্য আন্তরিকভাবে চেষ্টা করছেন। নারীরা পাইলট হচ্ছেন এবং ব্যবসা পরিচালনাও করছেন।
